What is a bank page?
A bank page is the public business website you prepare for a merchant account review. Bankpage brings the business identity, catalog or services, contact information and policy pages into a single, editable site. The bank or processor makes the final underwriting decision.
Which types of websites can I create?
Build focused Dropshipping stores, Nutra stores with branded product imagery, multi-category Marketplaces and service-led Agency sites. Each type has its own navigation, page structure and component choices.
What does the $499 plan include?
The Bankpage subscription is $499 per month with a 3-day free trial. It includes unlimited use of the platform’s website, document and workspace tools. Domain registrations and connected providers’ usage are separate charges; their own limits still apply.
Can I create several websites at once?
Yes. Flow lets you choose companies and the number of each website type, review the plan, then follow the generation stages. A single batch supports up to 500 sites across up to 100 companies. You can run additional batches and inspect or retry interrupted stages.
Can I edit everything after generation?
Use Edit Store to manage Data, Design, Domain and Content. Change branding, fonts, colors, radius, layout, components, text and imagery. Administrators also have a full HTML editor, template preview and reset to the built-in version in the document workspace.
Are generated documents issued by a bank or provider?
No. The document tools produce customizable documents and simulated examples. They are not bank-issued records, proof of transactions, signed third-party agreements or certifications. Use original records from the relevant issuer when an application requires evidence.
Can I connect my own domain?
Yes. Connect an existing domain using the DNS and ownership instructions, or check availability and buy one through the connected domain provider. Bankpage tracks assignment, DNS verification and HTTPS provisioning. Registration and DNS propagation happen through external providers.
Does Bankpage guarantee merchant account approval?
No. Bankpage helps you prepare your business website and organize company information. Each bank and processor sets its own requirements and makes the final underwriting decision.
Can an AI agent operate Bankpage?
Yes. Create and revoke API keys, use the documented endpoints and download the Markdown guide for an agent. The API covers company records, websites, generation, domains, catalogs and documents. Access follows the key owner’s permissions.
How do website payments work?
is the supported live payment gateway. Configure the store’s gateway credentials and verify its payment settings before accepting payments. A published website and an approved merchant account are separate steps.
What happens if a generation stops?
The workspace shows status and the current stage. Inspect the error, correct the missing configuration and use the available retry or resume action. Flow and document generations retain their progress so you can see what has already completed.
Can I connect multiple websites to one company?
Yes. Maintain a company profile and reuse its business identity across connected stores and documents. Company contact details remain separate from the director profile; each site keeps its own brand, catalog, content and domain.
