Your account and access

Bankpage is operated by NOCOMP FZCO. These terms apply to the public website, workspace and API. You must have the legal capacity and, when acting for a business, the authority to use the service on its behalf. Supply accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials and API keys secure.

You are responsible for the people and agents you authorize to use your account. Review an agent’s actions, restrict its access where appropriate and revoke keys you no longer need. Notify us through account support if you suspect unauthorized access.

The service and its limits

Bankpage provides website creation, document document generation and workspace tools. It does not provide banking, legal, tax or underwriting advice. A published website, completed generation or technical readiness status is not a guarantee of merchant approval, regulatory compliance, payment acceptance or commercial results.

Review generated copy, imagery, figures, policies and configuration before using or publishing them. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your business claims, licenses, products, prices, contact details and customer policies.

Responsible use

Use Bankpage only for lawful activities and with the rights needed for your content. You must not:

• Misrepresent your identity, business, financial position or relationship with another organization.
• Present generated documents as authentic records, evidence of funds, signed agreements, tax filings or certifications.
• Upload information you are not entitled to use, infringe intellectual property or disclose another person’s private information without authority.
• Bypass access controls, obtain another account’s data, distribute malicious code or disrupt the service.
• Use automation to evade operational limits or the restrictions of a connected provider.

Your content and platform rights

You retain the rights you hold in the information and assets you provide. You permit Bankpage to store, process, adapt and transmit that content as needed to carry out your instructions and provide the service, including publication and generation through connected providers.

Bankpage’s software, branding and platform materials remain the property of their respective owners. Access to a template does not transfer rights in a third party’s trademark, layout or other protected material. Generated output may not be unique; check that its intended use respects applicable rights.

Subscriptions and connected providers

The advertised plan and billing position are described in the Subscription & refunds policy. Domain registration, AI usage, hosting, payment processing and other external services may carry separate charges and provider terms. You authorize an external action when you instruct Bankpage to perform it. Review purchases, publication, imports and payment settings before proceeding; some provider actions cannot be reversed by Bankpage.

Availability and account restrictions

Maintenance, errors and external-provider outages can interrupt service. No continuous-availability commitment or service-credit scheme is included unless separately agreed in writing. Keep copies of information and files you need to retain.

We may restrict access or remove content to address unlawful use, a security threat or a material breach of these terms. Where circumstances permit, we will explain the restriction and how to raise a concern. You may stop using the service and request account closure through account support. Account closure and cancellation of an external provider’s service are separate actions.

Legal rights and disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy, or limits a liability, that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Responsibility for a loss will be determined under applicable law, taking into account the parties’ conduct and the relevant agreement.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Dubai, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer rights that apply. Please contact us first so we can understand and try to resolve the issue.

Use the support channel provided with your Bankpage account, or write to NOCOMP FZCO at IFZA Business Park, DDP, Premises Number 43483-001, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Include your account identifier and enough detail for us to understand the request. Do not send passwords, API secrets or full payment-card details.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be published here with a revised date. Material changes to an existing paid arrangement must be communicated before they take effect, with any notice or agreement required by law. An update does not remove rights that already arose under an earlier arrangement.
