Processing statements

Generate simulated payment-processing statements in six layouts. Set fees, reserves, refunds, chargebacks and settlement inputs. Review the resulting activity alongside linked business statements and available order CSVs.

Document configuration and export

Compare six payment-history layouts

Explore Kurv, Netevia, PaySafe, and two Stripe document layouts. Their presentations range from fee and deposit panels to gross, fee and net activity summaries.

Processing rates and settlement settings

Adjust the rates, average order value and advanced activity or settlement settings supported by each template. Keep separate settings when you select several processing-history layouts.

Linked statements and order CSVs

Generate linked bank and processing statement samples. When an orders.csv is attached to a ready processing document, download it alongside the PDF or include it in the batch ZIP.

Document questions

Does Bankpage connect to the named payment processors?

These templates generate simulated processing statements from your settings. Their names identify layouts, not live account connections or processor approval. Simulated settlement timing does not predict a provider’s actual payout date.

What is the difference between orders.csv and Data.csv?

An attached orders.csv contains generated order data for a ready processing document. Data.csv is the creation-configuration export used to save and re-import document settings. The orders download appears only when that processing document has an associated CSV.
