Business bank statements

Generate sample business statements from configurable periods, balances and expense profiles. Choose from four layouts, review the simulated transactions and download PDFs. Add linked processing histories when needed.

Document configuration and export

Simulate transactions and balances

Set expense profiles, receipts and balance inputs to generate dated transactions and running balances. Change the inputs and generate a new statement when needed.

Activity or initial-deposit statements

Use Expense Engine mode for an activity statement or Initial Deposit mode for a sample containing one opening deposit. Both modes use the four current business statement layouts.

Connect statements and processing histories

Select processing-history layouts alongside the bank layout. Each selected processing layout generates its own linked bank statement for the chosen bank template and month.

Configuration options

  • Company profile and statement title
  • Statement month range or custom start and end dates
  • Beginning balance and total receipts
  • Expense rate or exact beginning and ending balances
  • Expense profile and category allocation
  • Credit schedule and simulated payout timing
  • Initial deposit amount and date

Available layouts

  • Slash Statement
  • BlueBanc Statement
  • Relay Statement
  • Mercury Statement

How to generate a document

  1. Select a company profile and one or more business statement layouts.
  2. Choose Expense Engine or Initial Deposit mode and enter the period and financial inputs.
  3. Set the expense profile and any linked processing-history settings, then generate the documents.
  4. Review the completed PDFs and download individual files or a ready generation as a ZIP.

Document questions

Can I create an initial-deposit statement sample?

Yes. Initial Deposit is a mode within Business Bank Statement. Choose a supported layout and set the deposit date and amount. The result is a simulated opening deposit, not evidence of funds or a bank-issued statement.

What can I edit after generating a statement?

You can reopen generation settings, change the supported inputs and generate a new document. Authorized administrators can also edit the HTML template for future generations. Downloaded PDFs are flattened page images, so they are not directly editable source documents.
